2023 Voting
Per Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) bylaws, the Chair and Secretary of the organization are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in odd-numbered years. Nominations have closed for the positions of Chair and Secretary to be elected at the 2023 WYSA AGM. Nominations must be submitted in writing, from a Club President or member of the State Board of Directors and sent to WYSA Executive Director, Melissa Zielinski and WYSA Vice Chair, Jay DeBruin. Nominations closed at 4pm on Tuesday, January 10. No nominations for these positions will be accepted from the floor in accordance with Article VII, Section 3C.
Each candidate nominee will be asked to provide a resume and statement for the voters’ consideration. This information is available in the AGM Booklet. Please refer Article VI of the WYSA Bylaws for additional information regarding Officers. You may contact Melissa Zielinski directly with questions.
Hotel Accommodations
A room block was set up at the Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown; it closed February 17.
For the Good of the Game
Clubs and Districts are invited to submit “For the Good of the Game” announcements to Melissa Zielinski for inclusion in the meeting. For the Good of the Game will be a live opportunity for clubs and/or districts to highlight positive news and activities in their area. The submission helps us create a placeholder in the agenda and ensure orderly presentation of the great work you’re all doing.
