Wisconsin Youth Soccer is excited to introduce clubs to The HTGSports Tournament Center. Applications will be due Monday, November 29 for 2022. You will need a login to have access to apply for Tournament Sanctioning. Follow the button below to login or create a login (this will be separate from your Demosphere information). Once you have a login you will have full access to the HTGSports Tournament Center.
No competitive tournaments will be sanctioned by WYSA during the State Championships and Presidents Cup group play weekends in fall and spring. We will be accepting recreational tournament applications for these given dates.
Spring 2022: May 28, 29, and 30
Fall 2022: October 8, and 9
2022 applications will not be approved until all your 2021 Post Tournament reports and payments are received. This only pertains to clubs who held a tournament in the 2021 calendar year.
All sanctioned tournaments must use a licensed Referee Assignor and certified referees.
All sanctioned tournaments are required to comply with the local health order in the jurisdiction of their facility location. (e.g., facility requirement, City, County, or State order where the tournament is being held).
Tournament sanctioning fees are $500 for tournaments with over 30 teams, and $350 for tournaments with less than 30 teams.
Post Tournament Report
The post tournament report form can be found by following the button below. All tournaments that were held must have a post tournament report submitted along with payment, if the post tournament report and payment is not received your following year tournament will not receive sanctioning. Payment is number of teams x $10 per team. All 2021 post tournament reports must be submitted prior to applying for any 2022 tournaments.
Non-sanctioned WYSA & US Youth Soccer Tournaments
US Youth Soccer member passes and rosters may not be used when participating in the tournament or games not sanctioned by US Youth Soccer; WYSA passes may be used for USSF sanctioned international events. WYSA's insurance policy does not provide coverage for your team when participating in the tournament or games not sanctioned by US Youth Soccer. Please make sure that you inform the players on the team and their parents that the tournament or game(s) have not been approved by US Youth Soccer or WYSA; the rules of another organization will govern the competition; US Youth Soccer and the State Association do not have any control or supervision over the tournament or games or its participants; and certain benefits of WYSA and US Youth Soccer will not be available to you.
All members of US Youth Soccer and WYSA are free to participate in any non-USYS tournament. If your team is traveling to participate in a non-USYS tournament, you need to complete the Notification to Travel form and select ‘Unrestricted’. The form can be accessed through the HTGSports Tournament Center.
