The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

This page is designed to be a reference page for club leadership. We encourage new and existing club leadership to review the WYSA Club Manual. This document will be updated yearly to reflect the upcoming playing year (8/1-7/31).

Topic Tips
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
  • Held in the first quarter of calendar year
  • Member clubs must name delegate prior to the meeting
  • Covers Association business, annual budget approval, and election of officers
Demosphere Contacts
  • Clubs can & should add, remove, and assign jobs to leadership in Demosphere
  • Must be done in Demosphere at the state level
  • Districts are geographically based
  • Districts support their member clubs and WYSA
  • A representative from each district serves on the WYSA State Board of Directors
  • Insurance certificates naming affiliated WYSA club as additional insured will be distributed yearly
  • If additional certificates are needed, the club president or administrator must complete this form
  • Requests should be made 5 business days in advance of needing
Risk Management
  • Add coach/manager/volunteer to 'Team Staff Pool' in Demosphere
  • Coach/manager/volunteer add picture to Demosphere profile
  • RM approval is valid for 2 years
