As a result of the ongoing health crisis, and in consideration of the safety and wellness of our members, WYSA is suspending all sanctioned activities through April 30, 2020.
If your club plans to attend a sanctioned tournament within the suspension period, please note:
- WYSA strongly advises clubs to suspend local activities until guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other local authorities indicate it is safe to resume. It is the discretion of each member organization to make decisions about their programming, including sanctioned tournaments, through the April 30 suspension.
- The Accident/Medical policy is in place but does NOT cover the Coronavirus even if the disease is contracted through contact at a WYSA sanctioned event (including activities of member clubs); the policy is specific to injury, not medical illness.
WYSA is excited to introduce members to The HTGSports Tournament Center! The HTGSports Tournament Center serves as the one spot for Notification to Travel, Guest Player Forms, Tournament Sanctioning, and a listing of sanctioned tournaments in Wisconsin as well as other states.
Teams now submit all Notification to Travel and Guest Player Forms through The HTGSports Tournament Center. If you have not already created an account with The HTGSports Tournament Center, you will need to before you have access to Guest Player forms and Notification to Travel forms.

Non-sanctioned WYSA & US Youth Soccer Tournaments
US Youth Soccer member passes and rosters may not be used when participating in the tournament or games not sanctioned by US Youth Soccer; WYSA passes may be used for USSF sanctioned international events. WYSA's insurance policy does not provide coverage for your team when participating in the tournament or games not sanctioned by US Youth Soccer. Please make sure that you inform the players on the team and their parents that the tournament or game(s) have not been approved by US Youth Soccer or WYSA; the rules of another organization will govern the competition; US Youth Soccer and the State Association do not have any control or supervision over the tournament or games or its participants; and certain benefits of WYSA and US Youth Soccer will not be available to you.
All members of US Youth Soccer and WYSA are free to participate in any non-USYS tournament. If your team is traveling to participate in a non-USYS tournament, you need to go no further than to complete and submit this form. While the state association may acknowledge receipt of this form, that is not necessary for you and your teams to participate in the tournament or game.
