The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Insurance

Certificates of Insurance (COI)
A primary club contact will receive a copy of their current COI by September 1. COIs will be sent from the email phcoi@playershealthcoi.com.  Clubs requiring additional COIs throughout the playing year must submit requests using this link: https://landing.playershealth.com/wysa-coi/. Please complete the form in its entirety and contact Meghan Ward with questions. This process will greatly expedite the process, but it may still take up to five business days to process requests. Note: Requests must be submitted by the club president or administrator.
