Teams submit all Notification to Travel (sanctioned/restricted & unsanctioned/unrestricted) and Guest Player Forms through The HTGSports Tournament Center. If you have not already created an account with The HTGSports Tournament Center, you will need to before you have access to Guest Player forms and Notification to Travel forms.
