Travel permits and guest player registrations will now be submitted through their respective programs in PlayMetrics. Filling out these forms is similar to registering for leagues and tournaments under the programs tab. The requested information is the same as that previously required in the HTG Tournament Center. At the end of the process, you will be taken to a checkout screen (similar to league or tournament registration). These programs are free, so no charges will be applied.
Application
Wisconsin Youth Soccer now uses PlayMetrics for tournament sanctioning applications. Only Club Admins have access to the Tournament Applications Program. Using your Club Admin account, go to the “Programs” tab and click on “Tournament Sanctioning”. Applications will then be submitted and approved by WYSA.
- No competitive tournaments will be sanctioned by WYSA during the State Championships and Presidents Cup group play weekends in fall and spring.
- We will be accepting recreational tournament applications for these given dates.
- Blocked Dates: May 16-17 & May 23-25
- 2026 applications will not be approved until all your 2025 Post Tournament reports and payments are received.
- This only pertains to clubs who held a tournament in the 2025 calendar year.
- All sanctioned tournaments must use a licensed Referee Assignor and certified referees.
- All sanctioned tournaments are required to comply with the local health order in the jurisdiction of their facility location. (e.g., facility requirement, City, County, or State order where the tournament is being held).
Cost
- Tournament sanctioning fee for tournaments with less than 30 teams is $350.
- Tournament sanctioning fee for tournaments with over 30 teams is $500.
Post Tournament Report
- All tournaments held must have a post tournament report submitted along with payment.
- If the post tournament report and payment is not received, your following year tournament will not receive sanctioning.
- Payment is number of teams x $10 per team.
- All 2025 post tournament reports must be submitted prior to applying for any 2026 tournaments.
