New Coach Passes ($10)
WYSA has a mandatory coach pass policy. All Coaches and Assistant Coaches must hold a state issued coach pass card to be present on the sidelines during any competition. Coach passes provide individual membership to WI Youth Soccer Association and serve as our Risk Management process. Approved passes are valid for a period of 2 years.

A picture must accompany all new coach pass applications. Applicants are encouraged to upload a digital photo at the time of registration however you may submit a hard copy to State Office. (Please include your confirmation page and write your name on the back side of your photo.)

New coach passes are mailed to the affiliated club president or designated contact for distribution to their members.

Coach Pass Renewals ($10)
Please use the registration ID found on the front of your current card to log into the e-KidSafe system and complete your coach pass renewal. An updated photo is optional.

Upon submission you will receive a system generated confirmation page. Print this confirmation and mail it the State Office together with the expired pass. Your new card will be printed and mailed directly to your home address.

Please note: NO coach pass renewals will be processed without the submission of an expired card.

Coach Pass Upgrades ($2)
New coach passes are not issued automatically upon completion of a WYSA Coaching Education course. You must request an upgrade to your coach pass by returning the card to the State Office along with a copy of your upgraded certificate and a $2 payment to WYSA. A new pass reflecting the license upgrade and same expiration date will be printed and mailed to your home address.

Lost Coach Passes ($25)
Replacement cards will be issued at a cost of $25.00. To request a coach pass replacement, please mail a check payable to WYSA and include “lost coach pass” as your check memo. A replacement card with the same expiration date will be processed and mailed to your home address.

Club Coach Pass Contact
WYSA mails new coach/manager passes to club presidents for distribution to their members. Renewed and upgraded passes are sent directly to the coach/manager. Club presidents may designate that new passes be sent to an alternate club contact such as a registrar or an administrator. To update your club’s coach pass contact, please complete and return the Coach Pass Contact Form to the State Office.
