Green Bay Lightning Seeks Director of Coaching
The Director of Coaching is responsible for cultivating a love of the game, and also to provide an environmentthat creates positive culture and promotes player development. The Director will be responsible for providing a consistency for the overall soccer experience for players, coaches, and parents that are consistent with the Green Bay Lightning mission and vision. A DOC should have a strong background in coaching and shares a “development first” philosophy. Director will oversee all soccer related activities of the club as well asmaintain, develop, and conduct coach player and parent programs and clinics for all levels. Details>>
