AGM Exhibit Opportunities
Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association services approximately 130 clubs and 55,000 players throughout the State. Annually we convene to conduct the business of the Association with an estimated 150 participants representing our members from around the State. Our 2012 AGM is scheduled for Saturday, March 24 at Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison. In addition to the WYSA AGM, the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association will hold their Annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony Saturday evening and Coaches Convention on Sunday, March 25.
Table top exhibit spaces are available and being offered on a first come, first served basis for $200. Linen draped and skirted six foot tables will be located in the registration area near the meeting room giving exhibitors time before and after the business meeting to discuss product offerings that may be of interest to Wisconsin’s soccer clubs and facilities. Exhibits will be on display 8:00am to 2:00pm. The WYSA business meeting is scheduled for 9:00am to 12:00pm with a break for lunch and educational sessions from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Unable to join us in Madison? Participate in our “In the Bag” program and have your marketing material included in the goodie bag given to all attendees. The cost is $100 per item to be included. Promo items are due to the WYSA State Office no later than March 9, 2012 for inclusion in the bag.
