ODP Gear

All pool players will need to purchase the appropriate required gear.  Please use the links below to select your gender.  Once the page has opened you will see an order form which you will need to print out and then fill out.  You have two options for ordering the gear:  1) You can mail in the form with payment to the address provided or 2) You can fax the form in with credit card information to the number provided.  East Bay accepts Visa, MC, Discover, and Amex.  ODP will provide East Bay with the player’s assigned number.

In addition there is a link to optional gear.  This is gear is available to players, friends, and relatives.  The player’s number has been pre-assigned by ODP, so contact Patrick Hodgins at phodgins@wiyouthsoccer.com if you need to find out a player’s number for inclusion on the optional gear.

All sizes are adult unless otherwise indicated.
