State League Rules Update
The Wisconsin Youth Soccer State League Boys and Girls committee members have reviewed the league rules and voted to make several changes. Please review the rules so your players and their families are aware of the changes. This has been a cooperative effort by the members of the boys and girls league committees.
The changes include a new fine structure, which identifies the importance of the League Game Report, the language regarding the relegation and promotion of teams U-13 and above, determination of teams applying to the Midwest Regional League, yellow card accumulation rule and most important the referee fees have increased.
The changes will apply to the 2006 – 2007 fall and spring seasons. Questions regarding these changes to the league rules will be addressed at the fall and spring league meetings. Ref Fees Changed for 2006-2007 Season
The Board of Directors approved new fees for the referees for the State Leagues and Southeast Classic League. Please make sure to print a copy off for your records and it will also be handed out at the League Meetings prior to the season starting. 22 Player Rosters Policy
The WI Youth Soccer Association’s State Board of Directors adopted a policy change at its June 11, 2005 meeting to accept US Youth Soccer’s Policy change as it relates to team rosters and game day rosters.
