Congratulations to Coach Tom Fameree and the team for playing a great summer of competitive soccer. WYSA wishes to congratulate MYSC on winning the inaugural season of the Men’s U23 League. MFC Arsenal finished as a very close second place in the league. MYSC and MFC Arsenal were tied for points after league play and still tied after reviewing their Head to Head game scores, so Goal Differential was needed to determine the 2008 summer league winner. MYSC completed the season with 5 wins, only one loss to MFC Arsenal, and 15 points. MYSC outscored their league opponents with 25 goals scored and only 1 goal allowed in six league games (Goal Differential of 24). MFC Arsenal had a goal differential of 20 for the same six games. MYSC was coached by Darryl Nethercot. 2009 Schedule Final Standings 2009 Final Standings 2008 For more information on the Men's U23 league please contact: Patrick Hodgins Men's U23 Administrator 888-328-9972 ext. 106 phodgins@wiyouthsoccer.com |
