Coach Pass

Requests for new coach passes and the renewal of coach passes are conducted online. All new coaches and renewing coaches must complete the e-Kidsafe form (Risk Management), attach a digital .jpg format picture* and pay a $10 coach pass fee. Coaches have the following online payment options: Credit card, check, or billing the club, if that particular club has chosen to be billed for the passes.

*A picture must be included with all coach pass applications. Please attach a digital, .jpg format, small photo of yourself as part of the online application. If you do not have a digital picture, you need to mail a small photograph of yourself to the state office along with a copy of your confirmation page. We will scan your photograph and then make you a coach pass. If you do not attach a digital picture or mail a photo, you will NOT receive a coach pass.

All new passes will be processed at the state offices and then mailed to the Club President or the indicated club contact.

A reminder to renewing coaches: you will need your coach pass in hand to conduct the online renewal. You have to enter your Coach Registration ID to login to the system. Use all capital letters when entering your Registration ID. (Example Jack Smith has a registration ID of SMI004034JA01). After entering your registration ID you will be taken to the e-Kidsafe form (Risk Management). Please complete the form and then print out the confirmation page. Mail the confirmation page and your expired pass to the state office. We will mail your new pass directly to your home address after your expired pass is received. Important: If you are renewing your Coach Pass in order to take a Wisconsin Youth Soccer Coaching Course, please select the course you would like attend by click the e-Register button on the screen. This will ensure you can process your coach pass and register for the clinic simultaneously.

UPGRADE CARDS – All coaches requesting an upgrade to their current coach pass card must mail three items to the state office: 1. current coach pass card, 2. photocopy of your coach license, and 3. check for $2.00 made payable to WYSA. We will upgrade your coach pass to the new license level and mail it back to your home address.

LOST COACH PASSES – The replacement fee for a lost coach pass is $25.00. Please mail a check made payable to WYSA to the state office at WYSA Coach Registration, 10201 W Lincoln Ave, Suite 207, West Allis, WI 53227. On the memo line of your check write lost coach pass. We will print you a replacement pass and mail it to your home address. The expiration date of you pass will not change on the replacement card.
